摘要
对城市热岛效应产生的气候环境特征进行分析 ,认为热岛效应对人类健康的影响 ,有其有利的一面也有不利的一面 ,但总的来说是弊大于利 ,并提出减缓热岛效应的一些措施和建议。
Consulting a large number of documents, we analysed the urban climate and the environmental characteristics that produced the heat island effects. The heat island effects infavor mankind health in some aspects but not in others. But generally speaking, the disadvantages are greater than the advantages, so we propose some measures and suggestions slowing down the heat island effects.
