摘要
为了简化带锁髓内钉的使用方法 ,提高带锁髓内钉的临床疗效 ,根据国人肱骨近端及骨髓腔的解剖特征 ,自行研制出一种经皮加压带锁肱骨髓内钉。力学测试结果表明 ,经皮加压带锁髓内钉各项性能指标能达到肱骨骨折生物力学固定的要求 ,可用于肱骨骨折的治疗。经 10 7例临床观察应用 ,从固定力度、复位结果、骨折愈合情况、关节功能恢复、使用难易程度、病人医疗费用等方面来看 ,该方法均优于常用的其他带锁髓内钉。表明经皮加压带锁髓内钉是目前治疗肱骨骨折理想的方法。
In order to simplify the usage of the locking intramedullary nail and improve its clinical therapeutic effect, the authors have developed percutaneous compressing locking intramedullary nail (PCIN) for humeral fracture according to the anatomic characteristics of the proximal humerus and marrow cavity of the Chinese. The results of the mechanical assay showed that all the indices of PCIN could meet the requirements of the biomechanical fixation for humeral fracture and it can be used to treat humeral fracture. Through the clinical observation of 107 cases, PCIN has an advantage over other locking intramedullary nails in the fixating force, reduction result, fracture healing, joint function recovery, usage simplicity, medical cost of the patient, etc, suggesting that at the present PCIN may be regarded as a rational therapy for humeral fracture.
