摘要
用Cu2 +作为胁迫因子研究了Cu2 +对浮萍叶片数、叶绿素含量和过氧化物酶活性的影响。结果表明 ,Cu2 +浓度低于 2 0 0 μg·L- 1 时 ,能刺激浮萍生长 ,对浮萍叶绿素含量影响不大 ;Cu2 +浓度再增加时会抑制浮萍的生长 ;当Cu2 +浓度为 40 0 μg·L- 1 时 ,会严重影响浮萍的生长 ,对浮萍叶绿素含量的影响十分明显。Cu2 +对浮萍过氧化物酶活性的影响随Cu2 +浓度的升高逐渐增加。
In this paper, the toxicity action of Cu 2+ on Lemna minor was studied in terms of the number of the leaves,the content of chlorophyll and the activity of peroxidase.The results suggested that Cu 2+ could stimulate Lemna minor’s growth but have limited effect on the content of chlorophyll when the concentration of Cu 2+ was below 200 μg·L -1.With increasing the Cu 2+ concentration,it would inhibit the growth of Lemna minor.When its concentration was 400 μg·L -1,the growth of Lemna minor and the content of chlorophyll would be significantly affected.The activity of peroxidase of Lemna minor was increasingly affected by increase of Cu 2+ concentration.
