摘要
根据流动与传热的基本理论 ,建立了钢塑复合管内层共挤模头内熔体的连续性方程、动量微分方程、能量微分方程以及材料的幂定律方程 ,并给出了理论求解速度分布与温度分布的方法。
Based on the fundamental principles of flow and heat transfer, continuity equation, momentum conservation equation, energy conservation equation in the inner co-extrusion die of steel-plastic compounded pipe are put forward, as well as power law equation. In addition, theoretical method for solution of velocity distribution and temperature distribution is given here.
