妊娠子宫破裂与孕产期管理——附16例报告

Ruptrure of uterus and management of antenatal and labour-with 16 cases

目的 探讨子宫破裂与孕产期管理的关系。方法 回顾性分析 16例妊娠子宫破裂的高危因素。结果 本组子宫破裂发生的高危因素以瘢痕子宫、头盆不称为主 ,其中有 5例明显存在产科处理不当 ,产科处理不当在子宫破裂的发生中起重要作用。结论 加强孕产期管理 ,可以早期发现子宫破裂和减少子宫破裂的发生率 ,提高产科质量 ,保障母婴健康。

Objective To Study the relationship between rupture of utorus and the management of antenatal and labour .Method 16 cases of uterine rupture were retrospectively analysed with high risk agents.Results It was found that a previous of uterine scar and cephalopelvic disproportion were the main causes of uterine rupture, and 5 cases were inproper treatment of obstetrics obviously. Conclusion: It is suggested that the improvement in antenatal care and management of labour was important in early founding and reduction utorine rupture and reducing the ncideme
