普理灵疝装置在老年腹股沟巨大疝修补中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的 观察普理灵疝装置 (PHS)在老年腹股沟巨大疝修补术中应用效果 ,探讨其应用的适应症、解剖学基础及术中应注意的问题。方法 对 4 0例次使用普理灵疝装置行无张力修补术的老年巨大腹股沟疝病人进行分析。结果 在持续硬膜外麻醉或局麻下手术 ,平均时间 35~ 6 0min ,术后阴囊肿胀者 3例 ,术后无切口感染及血肿 ,平均住院时间 5d ,随访 3~ 15m无复发 ,无异物感。结论 普理灵疝装置在老年巨大腹股沟疝修补中是安全、有效的 ,并能有效地防止术后复发或再发。术中下层补片铺放是手术成功的关键 。 Objective To observe and study the effect of Prolene Hernia System (PHS) in the repair of large inguinal hernia for the aged patients and go further into the applied indication ,anatomic basis and some points f the for attention during the operation. Methods 40 of the aged cases of such illness in using PHS were analysed. Results to keep up a steady anaesthesia outside the hard membrance or local anaesthesia , the average time for each operation needed 35~60min . Only three of such patients suffered from scrotal swelling after the operation .If the wounded part caught no postoperative infection or hermatoma ,the average time for hospitalization needed 5 days. After discharging from the hospital for 3~15 months, the follow-up showed that none of such patients had a relapse or the feeling of foreign body. Conclusion It is very safe and effective to use PHS in the repair of large inguinal hernia for the aged patients, and this operation can avoid the emergence of relapse. Here, one point should be stressed that the key to success of this operation is to set the inlay of meshes and to repair the diaphragm means the important factor of keeping from the appearance of recurrence postoperatively.
