摘要
学校用一个长期契约代替一系列短期契约把教师和其他要素组织到科层体制内进行教育服务的生产。科层体制的向上延伸导致官僚成本 ;而教育服务提供与生产分离导致交易成本。
Schools use a long term contract instead of a series of short term contracts to produce educational services. The extension of hierarchy leads to bureaucracy costs and the separating production from provision leads to transaction costs. To an efficient educational system, it is very important to construct an institutional construction, in which some arrangement of institution can be chosen owing to the different environments and the endeavor of minimizing total costs.
