摘要 与货物贸易相比 ,教育服务贸易更具复杂性 ,涉及教育主权和文化取向问题。两岸加入世贸组织为时虽短 ,但对高等教育的影响已逐渐显现。从文化取向的视角分析 ,应对入世挑战 ,两岸高等教育改革应切合实际 ,协调中西文化、传统与现代文化、教育与社会文化的关系 ,注重教育的开放性、民族性、互补性 ,避免盲目追求“与国际接轨”。 Compared with the goods trade, the trade of education service is more complicated, which involves the sovereign rights of education and cultural orientation. Although it is not long after both sides of the Taiwan Strait joined the WTO, the negative impact on higher education has already appeared. From the perspective of cultural orientation, the reform of higher education on both sides of the Taiwan Strait should be combined with the reality to face the challenge of the entry of WTO. The Western and Eastern culture, the traditional and modern culture, the relation between education and the culture of the society should be coordinated, and the importance should be attached on the opening, nationality and complementarity of education to avoid blindly chasing “getting onto the world track”.
