新生儿疾病筛查中两种采血方法的效果观察

Observation of the effects of two blood sampling methods in the newborns's creening test

目的观察新生儿筛查中两种不同采血方法,探讨最佳采血部位与最佳时机,提高采血的质量.方法将459例新生儿随机分成两组,实验组采血部位为足跟后缘中点,采血时机为母乳喂养30～60 min内及新生儿沐浴后10 min.对照组采血部位为足跟内侧或外侧,母乳喂养30min内采血.结果采血一次成功率和一级滤片率实验组高于对照组,统计学检验x2=42.64,P＜0.01,x2=29.48,P＜0.01.结论改良采血部位和采血时间,提高采血的成功率和一级滤片率,降低假阳性率,减轻了因二次穿刺给婴儿带来的创伤和痛苦,同时提高了工作效率.

Objective To observe two different blood sampling methods in newborn's screening test,and to study the best place and time for blood sampling,improving the sampling quality.Methods459newborns were divided into two groups.In test group,the place for blood sampling was the middle point of back heel and the time was within30~60mins after feeding and10mins after bath.In control group,the place was the outer or internal heel,and the time was within30mins after feeding.Res ults The success rates of first puncture and first-class filter paper rate were higher in test group.The statistical data were字 2 =42.64,P<0.01,字 2 =29.48,P<0.01.Conclus ion Improving place and time for blood sampling can ensure to improve the success rates of sampling and first-class filter paper,lower the false positive rate,reduce newborns'pains brought by the second puncture and improve efficiency.
