通过总结25例重度子宫内膜异位症不孕患者术后应用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)治疗的护理,认为护理上加强用药指导,做好骨密度及肝功能的监测,低雌激素血症的护理,积极预防并发症的发生,停药后及时正确受孕指导,是使治疗成功的重要保证。

Through summarizing their nursing25severe endometriosis sterility patients treated by GnRH-a,the author concluded that strengthening medicine guidance management in nursing,monitoring the bone mineral density and liver function,nursing the low estrogen blood disease,preventing the occurrence of complications,and supplying proper guidance for pregnancy after treatment are the key guarantees for the success of treatment.
