如意金黄散加蜂蜜外敷治疗静脉炎的疗效观察

Effects of treatment of phlebitis by using Ruyijinhuang Powder and honey

目的探讨如意金黄散加蜂蜜外敷治疗静脉炎的疗效。方法随机将发生静脉炎的62例病人分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组31例采用如意金黄散加蜂蜜调成糊状,外敷于静脉炎处,对照组31例采用50%硫酸镁外敷于静脉炎处。结果两组的显效率、总有效率分别为治疗组80.65%和93.55%;对照组9.68%和61.29%,经χ2检验,P均<0.05,表明两组病人的显效率和总有效率的差别均有显著性差异。结论应用如意金黄散加蜂蜜外敷治疗静脉炎明显优于50%硫酸镁外敷。

Objective To study the treatment of phlebitis by using Ruyijinhuang Powder and honey.Methods62cases of phlebitis were divided into the experimental group and control group at random.In test group,31patients with phlebitis received treatment of Ruyijinhuang Powder and honey.In control group,31patients received treatment by using50%magnesium sulphate.Res ults The marked efficiency and efficiency were80.65%and93.55%in experimental group,and9.68%and61.29%in control group.There was significant difference between them according to statistics(P<0.05).Conclus ion Treatment of phlebitis by applying Ruyijinhuang Powder and honey is better than that by applying50%magnesium sulphate.
