工程量清单计价模式下土木工程概预算改革探析

Reformation analysis of the civil engineering budget and budget estimmation curriculum on the bill of quantity cost estimmation

针对建设部最新制定的《建设工程量清单计价规范》 ,本文提出了必须改革现有的土木工程概预算教材的紧迫性 ,在比较定额计价法和清单工程量计价法的基础上 ,提出了编制新的土木工程概预算教材的思路。

Based on the Bill of Quantity Cost Estimmation which was enacted by Building Ministry,this article brings forward the necessity of the engineering budget and budget estimation curriculum.Compared the stint cost with the bill of quantity cost,this article formulizes the thought of raddling the budget and budget estimation.
