腹外科术后合并胰腺炎的观察及护理对策

Observations and Nursing Strategies of Pancreatitis Complicated after Abdominal Operations.

目的 探讨术后合并胰腺炎的临床表现、治疗及护理对策,提高腹外科术后合并胰腺炎的治愈率。方法 对5例术后合并胰腺炎的病例密切观察病情变化,对采用的护理方法进行总结。结果 本组病例治愈4例(4/5),治愈率为80％,1例死于脑血管意外,无护理并发症出现。结论 对腹外科术后合并胰腺炎采用的护理对策是行之有效的。

Objectives To explore the clinical manifestations,therapy and nursing cares of pancre- atitis complicated after.abdominal operations and further improving its crue rate. Methods To observe closely the progress of pancreatitis,to analyse it with nursing method. Results Four cases had been healed. Cure rate of pancreatitis was 80%. One case died of cerebrovascular disease. No nursing complication ap- peared. Conclusion Nurse is important and effective for the therapy of pancreatitis complicated after ventral operations.
