杜迪 思密达 大剂量乳酶生治疗轮状病毒肠炎

Clinical Study on Dudi Combined with Smecta and High-dose Biofermine in Treatment of Rotaviral Enteritis

目的 探讨杜迪联合思密达及大剂量乳酶生治疗轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。 方法 将 36 0例轮状病毒肠炎患儿随机分为杜迪治疗组 (DBS组 ) 2 0 6例和对照组 15 4例 ,两组均给予大剂量乳酶生 [0 6～0 8/(kg·d)和思密达 0 3/(kg·d) ]在此基础上 ,DBS组加用新型抗病毒药 -杜迪 10mg/(kg·d)治疗轮状病毒肠炎 2 0 6例 ,进行疗效观察。 结果 ① 3d治愈率 :DBS组 91 7% (189/2 0 6 ) ,对照组 5 2 6 % (81/15 4 )。②平均止泻时间 :DBS组 2 6 0± 0 2 4d ,对照组 3 2 6± 0 15d。③从发病到止泻天数 :DBS组 5 10± 0 2 3d ,对照组 5 96±0 35d ,两组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。 结论 杜迪联合思密达及大剂量乳酶生治疗轮状病毒肠炎能明显有效地缩短病程 ,疗效确切 ,治愈率高 。

Objectlve To investigate the clinical effect of Dudi in combination with Smecta and high-dose Biofermine in treatment of rotaviral enteritis.Methods 360 rotaviral enteritis patients were randomly divided into two groups-DBS treatment group (n=206) and control group(n=154).High-dose Biofermine[0.6～0.8mg/(kg·d)] and Smecta [0.3mg/(kg·d)] were given to two groups.On the basis of the above treatments,new antiviral drug-Dudi [10mg/(kg·d)] was given to DBS treated group,the symptoms,the signs and the reactions of the treatment on 206 rotaviral enteritis patients were observed.Results ①After 3 days of administration,91.7%(189/206) rotaviral enteritis patients were cured in DBS treatment group and 52.6%(81/154) were cured in control group.②The mean interval in the control of diarrhea were 2.60±0.24 days in DBS treatment group and 3.26±0.15 days in control treated group.③The mean days from diarrhea to diarrhea being controlled were 5.10±0.23 in DBS treatment group and 5.96±0.35 in control group.There were high significant differences in the clinical effects between two groups(P<0.01,respectively).Conclusion Combination therapy with Dudi,Smecta and high-dose Biofermine in treating rotaviral enteritis could obviously shorten disease course and it had more efficient therapeutic effect and higher cure rate.The therapy was worth to be extensively recommended.
