黄芪注射液对化疗不良反应的临床观察

Clinical Analysis of Huangqi Injection in Treating Toxic and Side-effect of Chemotherapy

目的 观察黄芪注射液对化疗药物所致不良反应的治疗作用。 方法 恶性肿瘤患者 180例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组各 90例。治疗组在化疗基础上 ,应用黄芪 30ml,加入 5 %葡萄糖注射液 2 5 0ml中 ,静脉滴注 ,1次 /d ,于化疗前 3d开始用药 ,共用 2 0d。对照组只用化疗 ,不用其它辅助治疗措施。 结果 治疗组外周血 :WBC下降Ⅰ～Ⅱ级 6 4例 ,PLT下降Ⅰ～Ⅱ级 30例 ;对照组WBC下降Ⅰ～Ⅱ级 6 4例 ,Ⅲ～Ⅳ级 10例 ,PLT下降Ⅰ～Ⅱ 4 9例 ,Ⅲ级 4例 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗组胃肠道反应、口腔粘膜炎、脱发、肝肾功能损害等的发生率均明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗组KS评分 >70分者 6 7例 ,对照组 38例。 结论 黄芪注射液可明显降低化疗药物的不良反应 ,提高机体免疫力 ,提高生存质量。

Objective To observe the effect of Huangqi milkvetch root injection in treating toxic and side-effect of chemotherapy drug.Methods 180 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(each 90 cases).Based on chemotherapy,treatment group was given Huangqi 30ml.added with 5% GS 250ml,ivgtt,qd,used 3 days before chemotherapy,total 20 days.Control group was given only chemotherapy,no other auxilliary measures.Results The WBC in peripheral blood of treatment group decrease Ⅰ～Ⅱ grade 64 cases,PLT decrease Ⅰ～Ⅱ grade 30 cases, WBC of control group decrease Ⅰ～Ⅱ grade 64 cases,Ⅲ～Ⅳ grade 10 cases,PLT decrease Ⅰ～Ⅱ 49 cases,Ⅲ grade 4 cases(P<0.01).The incidence of gastroentery reaction、 stomatitis、 baldness,liver and kidney impair is obviously lower than that of control group(P<0.01),the KS score of treatment group >70 (67 cases),that of control group 38 cases.Conclusion Huangqi injection can decrease obviously the toxic side effects caused by chemotherapy drugs.
