30例脑脓肿的影像表现与病理对照研究

Contrast Study on Image and Pathology of Cerebral Abscess 30 cases

目的 探讨脑脓肿的影像与病理变化的相关性。 方法 利用CT、MRI检查手段 ,分析了 30例脑脓肿的影像表现 ,讨论了其感染途径、临床表现及影像表现与病理对照和鉴别诊断。 结果 CT、MRI检查单房脑脓肿呈不规则低密度影 ,其内可见环形或结节状强化。多房脑脓肿具有特征性改变“子环征”。 结论 脑脓肿的影像表现反映了病理变化的特点。

Objective To explore the relation between the image and pathological change of cerebral abscess.Methods Utilize CT,MRI to analyze the image of 30 cases,to discuss the infection ways、clinical manifestations and contrast of their image and pathology and differentiation diagnosis.Results After CT MRI exam,the single room cerebral abscess showed irregular low density shadow,in which ringshape or nodular intensification can be seen.Multiroom cerebral abscess has the characteristics change of “Zi huan sign”.Conclusion The cerebral abscess image reflected the characteristic of pathological change.
