摘要 目的 :探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征 (OSAHS)对QTc间期的影响。方法 :采用多导睡眠图 (PSG)对 98例患者进行监测 ;分为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停组 6 6例和无睡眠呼吸暂停组 32例 ,进行 2 4h动态心电图 (DCG)检查 ,观察两组心率、QT间期、经心率校正的QT间期 (QTc间期 )及差异。结果 :OSAHS组心率、QT间期、QTc间期分别是 (76± 10 )次 /分、(36 6± 30 )ms ,(40 4± 4 5 )ms ,非OSAHS组分别是 (73± 9)次 /分、(342± 31)ms ,(374± 2 6 )ms ,两组间QT ,QTc比较 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :OSAHS组QT间期及QTc间期延长 。 Objective To investigate the influence of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) on the QTc interval. Methods By the polysomnograph,98 patients were divided into an obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome group and a control group.We tested their 24 hour DCG and observed the difference of the heart rate,QT interval and QTc interval at the same time. Results We compared the heart rate (76±10 bt/min),QT interval (366±30 ms), and QTc interval (404±45 ms) with those of the control group (73±96 bt/min,342±31ms,374±30 ms,respectively). The QT interval and QTc interval significantly differred (P<0.05). Conclusion The QT interval and QTc interval in the OSAHS group has been prolonged,suggesting OSAHS might be a high risk factor in arrhythmia and sudden death.
