Surgical Treatment of Tibial Pilon Fractures

目的∶探讨胫骨Pilon骨折的手术治疗方法和疗效 .方法∶对 5 6例胫骨Pilon骨折采用切开复位内固定手术治疗的方法和疗效进行总结 .结果 :5 6例经过平均 35 5个月的随访 ,结果满意 .结论∶胫骨Pilon骨折的疗效与骨折的类型、手术复位质量。

Objective: To observe the curative effects of surgical treatment of tibial pilon fractures. Methods: reviewed the method and analyzed curative effects of tibial pilon fractures by open restoration internal fixation. Results: The findings indicate that 4 parameters influenced the outcome of tibial fracture management were affected by the clinical types of the fractures, the quality of restoration achieved at surgery, the method by which the fracture was fixed, and the proper operative time.
