摘要
“形神合一”是中医基础理论中重要的学术思想之一 ,形神共养是中医养生的重要法则。养形侧重于动 ,应注意顺应自然利其形 ,调摄饮食养其形 ,运动锻炼强其形 ;养神侧重于静 ,应注意清心寡欲以宁神 ,怡情养性以畅神 ,勤于用脑以健神。炼形不忘调神 ,调神不忘炼形 ,动静结合 ,形神共养 ,方能“形与神俱” ,“形体不蔽 ,精神不散” ,“尽终其天年 ,度百岁乃去”。
Combination of the Mind and the Body is one of the important thoughts of the basic TCM theories, and preserving both the mind and the body is the important principle of TCM health preserving. The activity should be emphasized in the body preserving, and the correspondence with nature and diet regulation as well as exercise are quite necessary for the body, while the tranquility should be emphasized in the mind preserving, and the peaceful mind and diligent thinking are also essential for the mind. Therefore, only by training the body and regulating the mind at the same time can a person have the healthy body and mind, thus prolong his life span.
