肾必宁对MsPGN大鼠肾组织中TGFβ表达的影响

Influence of Shen Bi Ning on the TGFβ Reaction in the Kidney Tissues of Ms PGN Rat .

目的 :探讨肾必宁对慢性血清病性系膜增生性肾小球肾炎 (MsPGN)大鼠肾组织转化生长因子 β(TGFβ)表达的影响。方法 :复制了慢性血清病性系膜增殖性肾炎大鼠模型 ,采用免疫组化方法对实验大鼠肾组织系膜区中TGFβ表达情况进行检测。结果 :模型组与正常组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组与模型组相比有差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并呈剂量依赖性。结论

Purpose: To explore the influence of Shen Bi Ning on the TGFΒ reaction in the kidney tissues of MSPGN rat. Method : The Model of MSPGN rat was copied, and by means of immunohistochemical method , the TGFβ reaction in the mesenteric area of the kidney tissues was determined , Results : The model group was remarkably different from the normal group (P<0.01) ,while the treated group was different from the model group (P<0.05) and had the dosage reliance . Conclusion : Through decreasing the TGFβ reaction in the mesenteric area of the kidney tissues , Shen Bi Ning could reduce the damage to the kidney .
