摘要
目的 探讨空气潜水所致肺气压伤患者脑影像学改变。方法 对 5例空气潜水所致肺气压伤并发脑动脉气栓症患者进行了脑部MRI检查或脑部CT检查 ,分析脑动脉气栓所致脑影像学的变化。结果 空气潜水致肺气压伤并脑动脉气栓症以左脑受损明显多于右脑 ,病变形态及大小为斑片状或大片状 ,占位效应较明显。结论 (1 )空气潜水所致肺气压伤并发脑动脉气栓患者脑影像学有比较明显的改变 ;(2 )对空气潜水所致肺气压伤患者应尽早进行脑影像学检查 。
Objective To investigate the cerebral imaging changes of pulmonary barotrauma in compressed air divers.Methods MRI and CT imaging of brain were examined and analysed on 5 cases of pulmonary barotrauma complicated with cerebral arterial gas embolism. Results The injury was more severe in left side of brain than right side. The focus of brain was patches and area was larger. Occupied effect was obvious.Conclusions (1) The imaging of brain is obvious in divers of pulmonary barotrauma complicated with cerebral arterial gas embolism.(2) The imaging of MRI or CT should be examed on divers of pulmonary barotrauma as early as possible.
