摘要
在Fe2+存在的条件下,以铂电极为指示电极、Ce4+标准溶液为滴定剂,对氧化还原滴定计算分析法测定Fe3+进行了研究。结果表明,电极的系统误差是影响结果准确度的主要因素。
The redox determination of ferric iron (such as in the analysis of iron ore) was reported to be carried out by potentiometry using Pt-electrode as the indicating electrode and standard ceric solution as titrant and in the presence of a definite amount of ferrous iron. By recording the volumes of titrant V_i with their corresponding values of potential E_i after each increment of 0.50ml of the titrant before the equivalent point and substituting the values into the derived formula, the concentration of ferric iron can be calculated. It was found that the cleaning of the electrode surface, to maintain consistent blank potential values when tested with distilled water, is essential to eliminate systematic error of the working electrode.
