我国加工贸易的技术溢出效应分析

On the technology spillover effect of processing trade

加工贸易的技术溢出效应,是通过市场竞争和技术示范、关联效应、人力资源流动而实现的。从我国目前情况考查,加工贸易发挥了一定的技术溢出作用,但由于国内技术水平落后、政策环境的缺陷等原因,这种技术溢出效果并未充分地发挥,最明显的问题是加工贸易产业链条短,前后向联系较弱。因此,应采取相应措施以提升加工贸易的技术溢出效应。

The technology spillover effect of processing trade is achieved in three ways:market competition and technological demonstration,linkage effect and flow of human resources.At present,China’s processing trade does exist.But such an effect is rather limited because of comparatively low domestic technological level and poor policy environment.The most significant problem is short industrial chain and weak linkage effect.Therefore,some countermeasures should be adopted to enhance the technology spillover effect of processing trade.
