首先指出人才流失对我国建筑企业带来的重大破坏作用,通过建立一个简单的博弈模型,并进行分析,提出建筑企业在提高工资待遇的同时,建立有效的激励机制,才是留住人才的关键。
This text first points out that the brain drain is of great destruction to the enterprise of the architectures industry.Then through setting up a simple game model and analysing the model carefully,it proposes while the enterprises of the architecture industry shou d raises salary and conditions,but the key to keldep vesthatents is to set up good incentive mechanism.
