我国竞技健美操一线人才现状调查与分析

A Recent Survey and Analysis of Top 3 Aerobics Athletes in China

以2002年全国健美操锦标赛青年竞技组的98名运动员与31名教练员为研究对象,对其基本情况和成长的相关因素进行了调查分析;对我国近三年全国健美操锦标赛青年竞技组各单项前三名获得者进行了简要统计,并就如何巩固高校这块竞技健美操主阵地、实现竞技健美操人才的可持续发展提出了相应的对策。

Taking 98 athletes and 31 coaches in the Juvenile Group of 2002 National Aerobics Championship as subjects, the paper investigates and analyzes their basic conditions and relevant factors affecting their development, makes a brief statistics of the top 3 athletes taking part in the National Aerobics Championship during the past 3 years and raises corresponding countermeasures as to how to reinforce competitive aerobics at universities and colleges and realize sustainable development of competitive aerobics athletes.
