摘要
采用文献资料法研究中国皇家宫苑中娱乐体育的场地设施功能,以拓宽中国古代体育史的研究范围。研究结果:中国皇家宫苑是集朝政、居住、休闲娱乐、文化教育和体育锻炼为一体的特殊区域,它为帝王后妃宫女、御林军、皇家体育运动队提供了文化娱乐、体育运动和训练比赛场地,在总体规划上具有很高的艺术价值和实用价值,其思路对如何在我国的现代城市园林化建设中充分考虑体育场地设施,更好地开展全民健身运动也有参考价值。
By means of literature review, the paper studies the functions of sport sites and facilities in the Chinese imperial gardens so as to broaden the research scope of the history of ancient Chinese sports. It turns out that the Chinese imperial gardens gather such functions in one as politics, residence, recreation, culture, education and physical activities and they provide the emperors, empresses and imperial concubines, royal armies and royal sport teams with sties for amusement, competitions and training. In terms of the general layout, the gardens present great value in arts and practicality and offer reference in incorporating physical sports culture into garden architecture in the process of modern urban landscaping.
