摘要
运用髋受力下肢技术力量训练法对短跑运动员进行6个月的应用性研究,结果显示,髋受力下肢技术力量训练法能够以其独特的练习方式明显地促进短跑技术、短跑关键专项力量以及短跑运动成绩的提高。
The training method to improve hip stress lower-limbs technical strength is adopted on dashers for six months. The result shows that hip stress technical strength training can not only develop dashing techniques and key specialized strength but also promote dashing performance obviously with its particular training methods.
