A Research on Basic Physical Education and Pluralistic Modes of Health Course

经过反复的调查和对文献资料的分析,初步提出:体育与健康课程的系统结构,它包含6个组成部分,即课程思想、课程目标、课程内容、课程组织、课程方法和课程评价,其结构可用"三棱体"来表示。初步提出:体育与健康课程模式的多元化,要以单元为基础,构建模块组合;以《标准》为母体,构建子项模式;以《标准》为依据,完善结构体系;以模式为中介,超越课程模式。希望这些观点与思考能为学校体育课程改革提供有益的启示。

By means of investigation and literature review, a systematic structure for the PE and health course is put forward. It is composed of 6 parts, namely, course concept, course objective, course contents, course management, course methods and course evaluation and the structure can be expressed with the form of a pyramid. It's also suggested that the pluralistic modes of health course should be based on units to build sub-models on the basis of the standard. The structure system should be further improved. The modes should act as a medium to surpass the course model. All of these opinions are expected to provide beneficial reference for the reform of PE curricula.
