摘要
运用访问调查法、问卷调查法、观察法和数理统计法,对新疆乌鲁木齐市高校的在职少数民族体育教师(共100名)进行了全面、深入、细致的调查。结果表明:新疆乌鲁木齐高校少数民族体育教师的数量基本上能满足目前体育教学的需要;教师学历以本科为主,无一硕士学位者;教师学缘结构单一,99%毕业于新疆本地院校;高级职称比例偏低,主要原因是科研论文少;教师工资待遇不高,近10年来有95%的教师未进修过。并针对上述现状提出了有针对性的建议。
100 minority PE teachers from nine colleges and universities in Urumqi are carefully studied in this thesis. The study involves their general conditions. References, interviews, investigations, questionnaires, observations and statistics are adopted in this study. Its findings are: At present the number of minority PE teachers can meet the need of physical education in the higher institutions in Urumqi; Most of the 100 minority teachers have bachelors' degree but nobody has the master's degree; 99% of the teachers are graduates of the local colleges and universities; Because of their small number of research papers, few minority teachers have been promoted as professors and associate professors; Their salaries are not high. During the past 10 years, 95% of the investigated teachers have never received on-the-job training. Besides a detailed and systematic analysis of the above conditions, this thesis offers some constructive countermeasures for solving the problem of improving the quality of minority PE teachers who are suitable for the reform and development of the higher education in Xinjiang.
