摘要
高校体育教育专业要培养高层次、全面发展的复合型人才,必须对学生加强人文素质教育。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和分析归纳法,对高校体育教育专业人文素质教育的内容、目标及现状进行了分析。研究表明,高校体育教育专业人文素质教育的现状不容乐观,人文社会科学的学时分配在整个课程结构中不合理,较集中在公共必修课领域,师生人文方面的知识较为匮乏,人文素质水平不高。建议应转变教育观念、加强师资队伍建设、寓人文素质教育于专业教育和加强校园文化建设以加强人文素质教育。
To cultivate high-level and overall developed talented personnel, the departments of physical education at higher institutions must strengthen humanistic quality education among students. Adopting the methods of literature review, questionnaire and analysis and conclusion, the paper analyzes the contents of humanistic quality education implemented to students majoring in physical education, the goals and the present situation. The research shows that the present situation of humanistic quality education implemented at universities and colleges is not optimistic; the timing for the humanistic quality education class is not reasonable, which concentrates mostly on compulsory courses; teachers' and students' knowledge in humanism is scarce and the humanistic quality is not high. The paper puts forward some suggestions on transforming educational concepts, strengthening teachers' teamwork building, and combining humanistic quality education with specialty education to strengthen cultural construction on campus.
