摘要
通过文献资料法和作者对武术的认识,对武术的发展过程中暴露的自身弊端及套路竞技中出现的技术倾向问题进行了研究,并且对武术在学校体育教育中的发展提出几点建议。
Through the methods of literature review and logical deduction, the malpractice in the development of martial arts and its technical tendencies is explored and some suggestions on the role of martial arts in the development of school physical education are put forward.
