摘要 人工嗅觉系统是一种新颖的模拟人的嗅觉来分析、识别和检测复杂气味和挥发性成分的仪器,通过对人的嗅觉和人工嗅觉的比较,详细介绍了人工嗅觉系统的基本原理和组成,论述了人工嗅觉系统在粮食质量检验中的应用. Artificial intelligence olfactory system is a novel apparatus, which simulates human olfaction to analyze, identify and examine complex gas and volatility. Through comparison between the human and the artificial olfactory systems, the fundamental principle and composition of artificial olfactory systems are well introduced. Electronic nose basing neural networks can be used in the food quantity examination.
