摘要
以局域网为基础,应用嵌入式计算机测控技术,自动采集螺旋冷冻机组的低温温度、电压电流、工艺故障.此系统具有数据处理、记录报警和程序控制功能,可记录分析各种不同冷冻食品加工的生产参数,为建立食品冷冻生产线计算机监控与最优参数专家系统提供基础数据库.
The monitoring technology of the embedded computer is used to gather the low temperatures of spiral refrigerator,electric voltage and current,technology trouble,basing on LAN.It can deal with data processing,records for alarming,program control.It also can record and analyze the different parameters in the frozen food production course.Database can be provided to set up the computer monitoring system for frozen Chinese foods line with independent intellectual property rights and expert system with the optimum parameters.
