溴甲酚紫与溴甲酚绿法测定血清白蛋白效果比较 被引量:6

摘要 目的 比较和评价溴甲酚紫 (BCP)法和溴甲酚绿 (BCG)法测定血清白蛋白 (ALB)的效果。方法 用BCP法和BCG法同时测定混合血清ALB ,进行重复性、回收率、干扰试验、线性范围、方法对比试验等。结果 用BCP法测定血清ALB ,批内试验S =0 .465,CCV =1.18% ;批间测定S =1.162 ,CCV =2 .91% ;平均回收率为 99.3 % ;线性范围 5.0~ 85.0g/L ;BCG法测定ALB ,批内试验S =1.0 2 3 ,CCV =2 .15% ;批间测定S =2 .63 5,CCV =5.66% ;平均回收率为94.7% ;线性范围 5.0~ 59.5g/L。BCP和BCG两种方法测定血清ALB有显著性差异 (P <0 0 0 1) ,且呈正相关 (r =+ 0 .93 6)。结论 BCP法测定血清ALB较BCG法测定的重复性较好 ,回收率高 ,线性范围稍宽 。 ObjectiveIt is to compare and evaluate the effect of serum albumin (A LB) determined with bromocresol purple (BCP) method and bromocresol green (BCG) method.MethodsThe mix serum ALB was determined with BCP method and BCG method at the s ame time. The tests of repeatability, recovery rate, interference test, linear e xtent and method compare test were studied.Results The serum ALB data that were determined with BCP method were the S and t he CCV were 0.465 and 2.91% respectively in-batch, the S and the CCV were 1.162 and 2.91% respectively between-batch, the average recovery rate was 99.3% and t h e linear extent was 5.0 g/L-85.0 g/L. The serum ALB data that were determined wi th BCG method were the S and the CCV were 1.023 and 2.15% respectively in-batch, t he S and the CCV were 2.635 and 5.66% respectively between-batch, the average r e covery rate was 94.7% and the linear extent was 5.0 g/L-59.5 g/L. The serum ALB da ta had significant difference between BCP method and BCG method ( P <0.05) and were positive correlation ( r =+0.936).Conclusion Compared with the serum ALB data determined with BCG method, that det ermined with BCP method has better repeatability, higher recovery rate, wider li near extent and stronger anti-interference.
