摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以C18键合硅胶为固定相,研究多种离子对试剂-甲醇缓冲体系为流动相分离水溶性维生素的优化条件,并在254nm和280nm双波长下,测定了多维片和维生素营养饮料中的维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、烟酸、烟酰胺和叶酸.结果表明:相对标准偏差为1.25%~5.2%,线性相关系数为0.9998~0.9999,6种维生素的加标回收率范围为97%~112%,检出限在0.10~0.61mg·L-1之间.
An ion-pair high performance LC method for simultaneous determination of water-soluble vitamins: VitB_1,VitB_2,VitB_6,niacin,niacination and folic acid was developed.The HPLC system was consisted of Nova-Pak~C_(18)(150 mm×3.9 mm),UV detector wavelengths(254 nm and 285 nm)and the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min^(-1).The experiment showed that the relative standard deviations of the results are ranging from 1.25% to 5.2%,the average recoveries for the determination are ranging from 97% to 112%,the linearity relation coefficient is between 0.999 8 to 0.999 9 in the concentration range of 0-50 mg·L^(-1)((n=5)) and detection limits are from 0.05 to 0.62 mg·L^(-1).
