农村居民的教育水平及其对收入的影响——来自内蒙古赤峰市的证据

Determinants of Educational Level and Effects on Household Income in Rural Region:an Example of Chifeng, Inner-Mongolia

根据赤峰市农村样本的数据 ,本文使用个人教育水平函数和农业收入函数估计了农村居民教育水平的决定因素及其与收入的关系。结果表明 ,农村居民的教育水平存在着明显的年龄组效应、性别效应和地区效应 ,家庭经济条件仍旧是影响教育获得的一个重要因素 ;教育对于提高农村家庭收入具有显著的促进作用 ,甚至高于土地和劳动力人数的作用 ;这其中 ,初中教育的作用最大 ;

According to the data of rural household sample from Chifeng, the paper analyses the determingants of educational level and effects on household income by the method of individual educational level model and farm production equation.The result indicates that educational level in rural inhabitants shows distinct age-group,gender and region difference.Economic condition is still an important factor which determines Individual education in those areas. Education plays a positive role in improving the household economic condition, more than the influence of land and labor. The role of junior schooling is the strongest and female's education have the same effect as male's in household income increasing.
