β—环糊精衍生物的快原子轰击质谱和质量分离离子动能谱

摘要 利用快原子轰击质谱(FABMS)和质量分离离子动能谱(MIKES)法研究了三个β—环糊精衍生物的结构。在FAB谱中三个化合物均出现明显的准分子离子峰(M+H)^+,由此可得分子量的信息。以准分子离子峰锁定磁场,以加速电压作为参考电压进行静电场扫描,可得它们的MIKES,从而确定β—环糊精分子中列入取代基的葡萄糖基个数和相对关系,由此推断产物的结构。 In present work, a technique of fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry (FABMS) in conjuction with mass analyzed ion kinetic energy spectroscopy (MIKES) has been successfully applied to structural analysis of β-cyclodextrins derivatives. The results may be summarized as following: (1) FABMS exhibited protonated molecular ions by which the informations of molecular weight can be obtained; (2) However, in the MIKES of the selected protonated molecular ions, a series of characteristic fragment ions promised to give a clear, reproducible and easily evaluted picture for defining the sequence of the consistuent saccharide units of the β-clyclodextrins derivatives; (3) An additional advantage of this technique is the exclusion of interferences from impurities in the samples.
