摘要 本文介绍用同位素稀释火花源质谱法定量分析氧化钇标准物质中的稀土元素铈、镝和非稀土元素铜、铅以及对标准物质中这四种元素的均匀性检验。方法的灵敏度为10^(-5)%~10^(-7)%量级,精密度优于6%,准确度优于5%。本文还对谱线干扰,最佳同位素示踪剂的加入量以及样品电极制备中导电材料的选择进行了讨论。 This paper describes the quantitative determination of rare-earth elements cerium, dysprosium and non-rare-earth elements copper, lead and homogeneity examination of these elements in yttrium oxide reference material by isotope dilution-spark source mass spectrometry (ID-SSMS). The sensitivity of this method is ~10^(-5)—10^(-7)%. The precision is better than 6%. The accuracy is better than 5%. The interferences to the spectra and the best added amount of the isotope tracers are discussed. The choice of the conductive materials for the sample electrodes is also studied.
