某医校教职工艾滋病认知、态度及相关因素调查分析

Survey and Analysis of Knowledge,Attitude and Related Factors on AIDS among Staff of A Medical College

目的 了解医学院校教职工对艾滋病相关知识的认知水平、态度。方法 用普查法于2 0 0 2年 1 2月对 2 6 1名教职工进行了艾滋病认知、态度问卷调查。结果 ①教职工对艾滋病知识的认知水平、态度与其所从事专业有明显的关联 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与性别、年龄、工作性质无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。②教职工中 1 7.4 %对传染源认识错误 ;在传播途径认识错误中 ,分别有 5 2 .5 %、31 .4 %、2 4 .5 %、2 1 .8%、1 2 .3%认为蚊虫叮咬、拥抱、共用游泳池、共用马桶以及共餐可以传播 ,2 8.7%认为共有剃须刀和牙刷不能传播 ;在对高危行为认识错误中 ,5 8.2 %认为异性恋不易传播、1 5 .7%认为自慰可以传播 ;对预防措施认识错误中 ,有 34.9%认为可注射疫苗、1 5 .3%认为口服预防性药物可预防感染。③教职工对待艾滋病的态度不容乐观 ,5 3.3%担心以后会传染上艾滋病。结论 医学院校教职工对艾滋病知识掌握不够 ,尚存一定恐惧心理 。

Objective To evaluate the knowledge and attitude on AIDS among the staff of a medical college. Methods A questionnaire survey about AIDS knowledge and attitude was conducted in 261 staff of a medical college in December 2002 by the census. Results ①The obvious relationship was found between the level of knowledge and attitude on AIDS and the speciality(P<0.05).But the level of knowledge and attitude was indistinctively correlated with the sex,the age and the profession.②The false rate about the resource of infection was 17.4% among the staff.52.5% among the staff thought that mosquito stinging might transmit HIV.31.4%、24.5%%、21.8%、12.3% of them thought HIV diffused by embracing,swimming,sharing closestool and eating together respectively.28.7% of them thought HIV could not diffused by sharing shaver.The false rate about the high risk behavior was 58.2% of them considered HIV could not transmit by heterosexual.15.7% of them considered HIV could transmit by console oneself respectively.The false rates about preventive measurement were 34.9%,15.3% among the staff who thought HIV infection could be avoided by injecting the vaccine and taking preventive drugs respectively.③The attitude of staff on AIDS/HIV was not optimistic.53.3% of them feared to be infected AIDS/HIV. Conclusion The staff in the medical college are afraid of AIDS/HIV to a certainty,because the knowledge about AIDS is not enough among them.It is very necessary for them to be educated.
