In this knowledge economic society, human's principal role is progressively established and en- hanced. Human's knowledge, intelligence and inventions has become the vital source of social wealth. Grasping and creating knowledge, developing intelligence and inventions have become the human life's pursuit. Human's essence is the unity of social, practice and exceesion.
