摘要
为了提高滚轮法测量大直径的精度,需要对影响测量精度的误差因素进行修正.同时提高系统构成的灵活性,降低成本。本文介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器的多传感器数据采集控制系统,用来完成滚轮法大直径测量系统的数据采集和控制。实践证明,对于大型复杂测量系统虚拟仪器与传统系统构成方法相比较,具有明显的优越性。
To improve the accuracy of the measurement of large diameter using rollers, the errors which affect measurement precision should corrected, and the flexibility of the systemic structure should be improved, meanwhile costs should be reduced. A multi-sensor data acquisition and control system based on virtual instrument was introduced in this paper, to accomplish data acquisition and control of large diameter measurement system with rollers. Experiments show that for large and complex measuring system, virtual instrument has the notable superiority compared to traditional system.
