摘要
目的 :探讨石见穿对实验性子宫内膜异位症超微结构的影响。方法 :根据Vernon采用自体子宫内膜盆腔移植法改进建立子宫内膜异位症动物模型 ,将建模成功大鼠随机分为模型组、石见穿治疗组、阿拉瑞林药物对照组 ,将正常大鼠设为正常对照组。从异位内膜超微结构水平上探讨石见穿治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机理。结果 :模型组在位、异位子宫内膜与正常组子宫内膜比较接近 ,石见穿组、阿拉瑞林组异位子宫内膜组织形态发生不同程度的改变 ,可见到凋亡细胞的形态特征。结论 :石见穿、阿拉瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症使其异位内膜超微结构发生不同程度的改变 ,并且促进异位内膜组织的细胞凋亡 ,以达到其治疗目的。
Objective:To investigate effects of Shijianchuan on the superfine microstructure in experimental endometriosis.Methods:Endometriosis model in rats was made using Vernon′s.method. Rats were randomized into four groups: untreated grcup, shijianchuan group, GnRHa group and the control group. To investigate the therapy mechanism of Shijianchuan in endometriosis by superfine microstructure of ectopic endometrium. Results: There was no significant difference in endometrium microstructure among eutopic or ectopic endometrium of untereated gucup and control group. But apotosis were obvious in microstructure of GnRH-a group and Shijianchuan group.Conclusion: Shijianchuan and GnRH-a changed the microstructure of ectopic endometrium. Both might increase cellular apotosis of ectopic endometrium to treat the disease.
