开窗留桥根治高位肛周脓肿

Treatment of high perianal abscess with interlocking thread-drawing and through-drainage

目的 :探讨治疗高位直肠周围脓肿方法临床优点疗效。方法 :对 48例采用开窗留桥对口引流挂线根治高位肛周脓肿。结果 :临床全部治愈。结论 :应用该方法治疗高位肛周脓肿明显优于传统的治疗方法 ,愈合后有效防止肛门变形 ,瘢痕形成小 ,疗程缩短 ,肛门功能正常 。

Objective:to discuss the therapeutic effect of interlocking thread-drawing and through-drainage in the treatment of high perianal abscess.Methods:48 cases of high perianal abscess were underwent with interlocking thread-drawing and through-drainage.Results:48 cases receive such drainage threatment, all of them got cured.Conclusion:this method is better than traditional operation, to reduce the course of threatment, to avoid the occurrence of many sequelae. It reveals a satisfactory therapeutic method.
