摘要
目的 :探讨自由臂静态结构三维超声成像在临床的应用价值。方法 :本文采用自由臂三维超声对非活动性脏器的多种疾患进行了图像重建。选用仪器为 HDI5 0 0 0型彩色多普勒超声仪三维成像系统。结果 :外周血管动脉粥样硬化、肝脏肿瘤、胆囊疾病、膀胱癌、胎儿畸形、甲状腺囊腺瘤等的表面形态可立体显示。结论 :自由臂静态三维超声成像在临床应用是可行的 。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of three dimensional (3D)ultrasound of static structures with free hand.Methods:3D ultrasound imaging scanning by free hand was reconstructed stereoscopically in inert organs with various kinds of disease.The instruments used included HDI 5000 color doppler ultrasonography with 3D reconstructed system.Results:deripheral vascular atherosclerosis,hepatic tumor,gallbladder disease,bladder cancer,infants teratism,thyriod cystadenoma and etc could be three dimensionally demonstrated.Conclusions:Three dimensional Ultrasound Imaging of Static Structures with Free hand is feasible,and has important clinical value and application potentialities.
