吻合器黏膜环切术治疗重度痔的临床观察

Treatment of Hemorrhoids Disease by Reduction of Mucosa and Hemorrhoidal Prolapse with a Circular Suturing Device

目的 :探讨吻合器黏膜环切术 (PPH)与传统手术方法治疗重度痔的疗效差异。方法 :分别采用 PPH手术 (PPH组 )和痔环切除术 (对照组 )治疗重度痔 ( 、 期 )各 2 3例。观察比较两组的麻醉、手术时间 ,术后早期并发症、住院时间、恢复工作时间等。结果 :PPH组手术时间短 ,出血量少 ,操作简单 ,早期并发症少 ,平均住院时间短 ,恢复工作时间快。结论 :PPH作为治疗重度痔疮的新方法 ,因其手术安全、手术时间短 ,并发症少、恢复快 ,疗效确切 。

Objective:To investigate the difference of curative effect between using anastomat to deal with the procedure for prolapse and hemrrhoids (PPH) and traditinoal operation.Methods:23 patients were treated with PPH,another 23 were dealed with traditional operation.All of them suffered severe homorrhoids(Ⅲ Ⅳ stage).Results:for Group PPH,the operation didn't take much time to finish.bleeded,easy to deal with,little complication,shorter hosital zation,et al.Conclusion:PPH deserves being used popularly because of its advantages.
