上海市闸北区临汾社区老年人健康状况调查

Evaluation of living quality and probe into healing step for the elderly in community

目的 了解临汾社区老年人的一般状况及健康状况。方法 对社区 4 6 5例≥ 6 0岁老人进行有关居住环境、经济收入、自觉症状、认知功能、生活自理能力、慢性病等调查。结果 肥胖占 36 6 %、超重占 2 5 8%、高血压占 5 1 6 %、白内障 /青光眼占 2 1 5 %、心血管病占 19 4 %、糖尿病占 16 1%。 6 0～ 6 9岁患病率为 6 9 1%、完全生活自理占 75 8%、 80岁以上老年人患病率为 91 4 %、完全生活自理占 7 8%。结论 老年人增龄性功能减退 。

Objective To probe into the living quality and healing step for the elderly in community.Methods To investigate the elderly with a unification questionary in habitation condition,economic earning,consciousness,recognition function,chronic etc.Results The problem (diseases) taxis of the elderly was hypertension,fatness,overweight,cataract (glaucoma),cerebral vascular disease and diabetes and the rate of problems was 51 60%,36 56%,25 81%,21 51%,19 35%,16 31% respectively.The recognition function taxis in the elderly 61 29%(good),33 33%(suffer),5 38% (bad) respectively.Conclusion Going with aged,the function is letdown.It is necessary to develop the agedness healing and establish community nurse troop.
