玻璃体手术后高眼压分析

The analysis of the state of high ocular pressure after vitrectomy

目的 研究玻璃体切除联合眼内注气术治疗复杂性视网膜脱离 ,术后影响高眼压持续时间长短的相关因素。方法 回顾性研究在我院施行玻璃体手术联合眼内注气术 69例 (69眼 )的术前眼部情况 ,手术方式 ,术中注气量等 ,分析影响术后高眼压及持续时间的可能因素。结果 窄房角患者、C3 F8注入量≥ 1 0ml组、非全气液交换组、视网膜脱离膜分级程度严重者 ,术后高眼压持续时间普遍较长。结论 1 术前前房角异常是引起术后高眼压的重要原因。 2 术后高眼压持续时间与术中C3 F8的注入量有关。 3 术前视网膜膜分级的严重程度与术后高眼压持续时间有关。 4 全气液交换较部分气液交换及单纯注气对眼内压的影响程度小。

Objective to investigate the factors causing the state of high ocular pressure after the vitrectomy for retinal detachment.Methods we retrospectively study the patients who underwent the operation of vitrectomy in our department and analysis the factors that may be related to the state of high ocular pressure.Results the state of high ocular pressure may last for longer time if the patients with such factors below:the narrow of anterior chamber angel;the volume of C 3F 8 injected in eye≥1ml;simple C 3F 8 injection and the more severity of retinal detachment.Conclusions 1.the abnormal of the anterior chamber is the important reason for the lasting high ocular pressure 2.the volume of C 3F 8 injecting to the eye is related to the state of high ocular pressure 3.the more severity of retinal detachment,the longer of the state of high ocular pressure.4.the ocular pressure of the patients with complete air-liquid exchange may be lower than the patients with part air-liquid exchange or simple C 3F 8 injection.
