接骨中药对培养成骨细胞增殖、分化和矿化功能的影响

Effects of Chinese Herbs on Proliferation,Differentiation and Mineralization of Cultured Osteoblasts in Vitro

目的 :为比较常用接骨单味中药对体外培养成骨细胞的作用。方法 :应用MTT法、对硝基苯磷酸盐法及茜素红染色方法观察常用接骨单味中药对体外培养成骨细胞的增殖、ALP表达及矿化结节形成的影响。 结果 :这 8个单味中药对早期增殖期的成骨细胞除当归外均无明显的促增殖和分化的作用 ;而当归组和自然铜能增加成骨细胞矿化期矿化结节的形成。结论 :单味接骨中药当归具有刺激体外培养成骨细胞增殖及分化的功能。

Objective:To compare the effects of single Chinese herb on cultured osteoblasts in vitro.Methods:MTT,PNPP and ARS were used to observe the proliferation,activity of ALP and the number of mineral nodes of osteoblasts cultured in vitro.Results:It was found that the Chinese herbs didn't have the effects on stimulating the proliferation,ALP activity except DANGGUI in the early time of proliferation,or the number of mineral nodes of cultured osteoblasts in the mineralization time in vitro.Conclusion:The single Chinese herb of DANGGUI has effects on stimulatling the proliferation,differentiation and maturation of cultured osteoblasts in vitro.
