针药并用治疗颈性眩晕临床观察

Clinical Observations on the Treatment of Cervical Vertigo by the Combination of Acupuncture and Medication

目的 观察益气化瘀法配合针灸治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法 对近几年颈性眩晕病进行回顾性总结 ,随机抽取针药组、西药组各 12 4例 ,进行疗效分析。结果 针药组临床显效率 5 4 .84 % ,总有效率 96 .77% ;西药组临床显效率 32 .2 6 % ,总有效率 90 .32 % ;针药组优于西药组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 针灸中药并用治疗颈性眩晕疗效优于西药治疗。

Purpose To investigate the effect of qi replenishing and stasis removing herbs plus acupuncture in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods A retrospective summary was made of recent years' treatment of cervical vertigo. An acupuncture herb group as a treatment one and a Western medicine group as a control one, 124 cases each, were randomly selected and the curative effects were analyzed. Results The marked effectiveness rate and the total effective rate were 54.85% and 96.77% , respectively, in the treatment group and 32.26% and 90.32% , respectively, in the control group. The curative effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Combined acupuncture and herbs have a better effect than Western medicine in the treatment of cervical vertigo.
