聚合物动态流变的新型测量技术与表征理论 被引量:6

NEW MEASUREMENT TECHNIQUE AND CHARACTERIZATION THEORY OF RHEOLOGICAL BEHAVIOR OF POLYMER MELT UNDER THE VIBRATION FORCE FIELD

摘要 自行研制了恒速型毛细管动态流变实验研究装置;建立了动态成型过程中聚合物熔体非线性流变行为的表征公式;建立了一整套测试聚合物熔体动态流变参数的实验方法,这些动态流变参数包括毛细管瞬时入口压力、瞬时挤出胀大值、柱塞杆振动位移、振动位移与毛细管入口压力波形的相位差等;建立了一整套对动态流变数据进行时域分析和频域分析的数据处理方法。 With adding a sine vibration in parallel direction of polymer melt′s flowing, an invariable speed type capillary dynamic rheometer (ISTCDR) was developed. Meantime, the characterization formula of polymer melt′s rheological behavior in vibration force field was set up. Through measuring instantaneous data of capillary entry pressure, volume flux and their phase difference, polymer melt′s apparent viscosity can be gotten.
